Time For Yourself provides a private, confidential and non-judgements counselling approach and safe environment, where you are able to talk honestly and openly about anything that is occurring in your life.  Sometimes you may be faced with challenges, decisions to be made, or stresses and concerns, that could be hard to manage or understand, causing an emotional or physical imbalance, affecting your mental health or wellbeing.

In a counselling environment, you will be able to talk, be heard and receive unbiased professional and emotional support.  Being able to talk to a counsellor about how you are going, feeling, discussing what you want to change and need in life, or setting new goals, is the first positive step you can make for yourself.    

Time For Yourself provides counselling support for adults, teenagers and children who may be experiencing:

  • Grief & Loss

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety or Depression

  • Marriage and other relationship issues (individual or couple counselling)

  • General - for any concerns you may have

How much will a counselling session cost?

Face to face is $60.00 for 1.5 hours. 

Follow-up sessions, depending on your needs or situation is $55.00 for 1 hour.

Online or telephone is $50.00 for 1.5 hours.

Follow-up sessions is $50.00 for 1 hour. 

Rebates are also available from Medibank and Doctors Health Fund.

No referrals are required.
